S is for Science VideoLab Kits
Let Mrs. S guide students through hands-on explorations of matter and energy. Each lab includes a DVD that delivers the lesson, prompts both students and teacher at key discussion opportunities, then walks the class through the hands-on inquiry. Each 1-hour DVD video is standards-based and offers frequent pauses allowing the teacher to self-pace. Classroom-tested labs engage students in a unique and effective way and enable all teachers to easily integrate science activities into the classroom. Each DVD contains 3 activities, a review, 2 assessments, and a vocabulary lesson. Labs also contain all the science materials necessary for a class of 32 students to individually perform the hands-on activity and a Teacher's Guide with background information and standards correlations. Grades K–5.
