VERNON
HILLS, IL, March 20, 2000—Construction is
complete for ETA/Cuisenaire at a new 145,600 square-foot
office and distribution center situated on a 12.57-acre
site at Continental Executive Parke in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Groundbreaking ceremonies were held on September 17, 1999
and employees moved in on March 20, 2000.
Dennis
Goldman, president of ETA/Cuisenaire, announced that the
new location provides the extra space needed for its operations
center to manufacture and distribute its growing lines of
educational products.
"We
are pleased to be operating our facilities in Vernon Hills,
not only to provide improved service to our customers, but
also to continue to support our community and employees,"
said Goldman.
The
new facility features a 22,578 square-foot office area,
a health and fitness center with a basketball court, and
123,028 square-foot distribution space. The company has
operated out of Vernon Hills since October 1991. ETA/Cuisenaire
employs more than 100 local residents.
